Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
All CIRI products are shipped with priority if they are in stock, and if they are not in stock, they will be produced to order. For items in our collection that are not in stock, the estimated processing time is listed as within 7-15 days. Add processing time to shipping time to estimate when you will receive your order.
Processing Time
Processing times vary by product. Regular styles can be shipped within 48 hours, while customized orders or out-of-stock items may take 7-15 working days. Estimated processing times are listed on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address informing you of your tracking details and estimated delivery date.

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99 to the entire US. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.
Note: For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so CIRI cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that CIRI will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
